This is off-topic, but I posted it here because I believe the folks here have had the most experience with rebates. That being said, does anyone know a person I can contact at RebatesHQ? The telephone customer service reps. are not being very friendly, and I have a rebate problem that they can't solve, or won't help solve. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Tell us what is the problem? Might help us avoid it in the future...
Also you can keep calling them, there is more than one CSR there. It would be neat to have to know somebody there...

When I was bitching to RebatesHQ about those infamous Prime Peripheral rebates, this guy told me to call him any time I had problems:

David Carstens
head of Consumer Services
(972)538-7241

Also keep in mind (and this is something I learned along the way) that it is ultimately the manufacturer of the product that is held responsible for making sure rebates are fulfilled in a timely manner so the blame shouldn't go to the processing house. Here's a good article:

I talked to David, and he was incredibly helpful. Thank you.
