Literarly translated it means pretty boy

But it's suppose to mean you're good looking and stuff.

Well, actually I was watching some stupid entertainment tv show thing, and that little kid in Home Improvement...He's like 17 now, and he's dating a 30some year old....He's all old, and looks nasty too...he got a peach fuzz gotee, and long hair....but he also has a LOT of money...(perhaps why the girl is with him!??!?!) :)
