That's not such a great deal.
The board usually sells for around $65
( When they're in stock )
I've also seen retail TB 1.4 gigs for $120
Not such an awesome deal.

Most people upgrade the heatstink/fan that comes in the retail box, to something like the Thermaltake Volcano 6CU+, which means paying another $15 to $30 for a new heatstink/fan to keep this super hot running CPU,specially if you are going to overclock the 1.4Ghz Athlon like I am.Some people have OC to 1.6Ghz on this MB.
