gmat - need help!

anyone take the gmat?

i'm studying for it...
at this point, i'm not going to take a prep class...i have a big Kaplan book and a small Princeton Review book. I was thinking of using the Princeton review principles and working through the Kaplan tests...

any of you have any suggestions about how i should prepare...what i should look out for?

I didn't take a course either, and did pretty well just on the sample tests. Make sure you take all practice tests strictly within the time limits. My actual score was slightly lower on the real thing than on the practice tests cuz of running out of time.
