black tea with honey. i think i'm addicted to this now. it's almost replacing coffee on the weekends when i'm at home in the morning.
plain toast. good bread though, earthy crunchy shtuff with nuts and oatmeal. very good toasted.
sounds meager, but it's surprisingly good.

:love2: sobe a-rush :love: and a clif bar... so i'm really hungry now 'cause it's 130pm, but as soon as evilgremlin wakes up i'm goin out for tha all-you-can-stuff-yourself-with chinese buffet.... mmmmmm... i just found a place that has fresh salmon and crablegs....

I didn't have it this morning, but here's a favorite special-occasion breakfast at our house:
Take a waffle, spread on some peanut butter, top with a scoop if vanilla ice cream, the pour on some syrup. MMMMmmmMMM. :thumbup:

damn... what do have for desert!?! do you take a seringe and inject the sugar directly into your bloodstream?;)

heheeh reminds me of the time i made kool-aid. THe package called for 2 cups sugar but i put in 5... ya know just for the hell of it. Just a sip made my brain hurt but suddenly i felt like running a two minute mile... that was some powerful stuff... a lota fun too:D

with koolaid, i use 3/4's the sugar and 1/2 the water... i like it tart...
and to compensate for the chocachip waffoos, use the "natural" (no sugar added) peaner butter... mmmmmmm....
