80's: (toss-up) Mike and the Mechanics (The Living Years)
Toto (Africa) -- honest, I LOVED this song.

90's: R-Kelly (I Believe I Can Fly) -- ppl who know me will understand why.

Current: Voodoo & Serano (Blood is Pumpin') -- 2000 was the year I started liking trance a lot. V&S is close enough, and I love the tune.

Yeah, Kid's programming on Nick. Like Bob the Builder (which has a remake to Mombo #5), or Dora and Boots (I love my ball, my bouncy ball!) and Franklin.
