On Thursday, October 11, 2001, restaurants and food establishments throughout the world are asked to donate at least ten (10) percent of their evening's sales to the Windows of Hope Family Relief Fund.

Windows of Hope Family Relief Fund will provide aid to the families of victims of the World Trade Center tragedy who worked in the foodservice profession throughout the entire complex.

Here is a list of participating restraunts by state:

Something about the word "Windows" that I find kind of fishy :P j/k

great way to help but 10 percent?!?! if all those resturaunts gave ten percent the amount of money would be astronomical. What exactly is this money gonna be used for?

el scorcho, that is the least they can contribute. All that I saw in Vegas were donating 100% of the day's income.

It lists on the sites what they are going for, I believe one is for one thing and the other is another :D

Read up... (you have learned how to do that by now right :P )

i just thought that if all the restaurants are gonna be donating ten percent itd be litterally like a gajillion dollars.
