This is the only thing I will eat at Mcdonald's. They are really good, except the prob is they don't put enough blueberries! They put about 2 blueberries and 50 strawberries...and strawberry season is over.
haha Goodnight all :)
yeah but DF.. DQ's aren't really widespread, at least here.. i know of like 3 in the LA area... and not one of them is near me...

Trust me... the "yogurt parfait" from Mickey D's is FAR from being "healthy".
It's just yogurt and frozen fruit. Far healthier than ice cream.
And after reading these boards, and seeing some of the food you people eat (i.e. sushi, scrapple, shellfish, etc.) I realize I am doing pretty good eating wise. I hardly ever drink soda, eat chocolate (and I used to every day) and only eat chicken, non fishy fish and a limited amount of beef. I also eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. So if I want a dumb yogurt, I will have it!! haha Ok I am done :)

Straight from the "horse's mouth" (http://www.mcdonalds.com/countries/usa/food/ingredient_list/desserts/desserts.html)
Lowfat Yogurt:
Cultured pasteurized grade A lowfat milk, sugar, modified food starch, fructose, whey protein concentrate, kosher gelatin, corn starch, natural flavor (dairy source) and artificial flavors.
For a moment there I thought nefertiti said she hardly ever drink beer.
