Depending on whether we are talking about, like anything anything, meaning stuff that is physically impossible, or something that is possible just highly unlikely, here are my choices:

Anything Anything:
Remove a human beings ability to hate.

Highly unlikely:
Become an astronaut, fly around our solar system for a few years, maybe drink a beer on the moon.

Funny that you say that... Sometimes I think about how cool it'd be to have the ability to reproduce any song true to the original. Like they would organize a school assembly so I could preform and take requests.
