with durons at 1 ghz, it's not surprising to see a celeron of this caliber, oh wait, i sell them too. i still don't like celerons though, just personal perference.

Now what kind of motherboard would you need for a 900GHz Celeron?

I wonder how much Seti processing you could do with that baby?

A system like that could calculate an infinite loop in a few miliseconds! ;)

Intel
New Process Technology Speeds Up Intel's Value PC Processor
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 2, 2001 -- Intel Corporation today released the Intel® Celeron® processor at 1.20 GHz. The desktop processor, based on 0.13-micron process technology, represents Intel's fastest offering for the price sensitive desktop value PC market segment.

The new Intel Celeron processor includes additional design features, such as 256 KB of on-chip, level-two cache with a high-bandwidth interface to the processor core.

In 1,000-unit quantities, the desktop Intel Celeron processor at 1.20 GHz is priced at $103. Desktop Intel Celeron processors are now available at 1.20, 1.10 and 1 GHz, and 950, 900, 850 and 800 MHz (all with the 100 MHz system bus).

Dopey, it says 900 GHz -- that means 900 GIGA Hertz, which means 900,000,000,000 Hertz. What you have is quite probably 900 MHz, which means 900 MEGA Hertz, which means 900,000,000 Hertz.
