He treats the media like lepers for years, doesn't play their game, is almost universally disliked by journalists the land overm and still rakes in the sponsor money! That boy is on top of all his games!

Big Mac did not start that crap. That has been going on for as long as I can remember. Every time somebody wins a big sporting event they get paid to do the, "I am going to Disneyworld" line. The ad agency is brilliant. They have been doing it forever and a day and we will never be able to forget it.

Pretty sure it was Joe Montana first, either after beating the Bengals or the Dolphins.

PS: If you dont do this you are pretty stupid.

Actually Phil Simms did it first. When the Giants beat the Broncos.

Just curious, are the commercials different over there one the east coast? The one that I have seen has Barry and his family saying "We're going to Disneyland", which is here in Cali. I was just thinking that they made a commercial saying "Disneyworld" for most of the country, and a "Disneyland" one for us westcoasters. It makes sense, atleast.

My sentiments exactly! That was 1987 not '67! Slight age difference between Phil Simms and BART STARR!

You damn youngins! If it happened before 1990 it's all the same to you!

Why in my day...
