Hey guys, I just got an e-mail form a former co-worker. He's started a project printing t-shirts with the proceeds going to the victims in NY. I haven't gotten one myself yet, so I can't vouch for the quality, but it's a good casue. So you can't really go wrong.
Check it out,

Yeah everybody, I'm starting a project too printing t-shirts and all of the proceeds are for a "victim", I mean the "victimS". Since I got SUCH deep pockets, I thought that I could fork out the initial material costs & expenses. All I need is everyone else's support.
Here's my website:
www.gimmeallyourmoney.COM
-Ok, guys, the reason I did this is to caution people to be more careful who they donate to and which cause they want to support. I'm not trying to dis' you folks for trying help out. However, when someone wants me to open up my wallet in the name of supporting the victims, I think twice. Why? Because far too people are ripping people off on the streets and online. How about doing some volunteering on your free time at the red cross or something? If the stuff is real, I want to see some legal documentation on where the money is REALLY going.
Now people, why are you using .COM instead of .ORG??? Aren't you supposed to be nonprofit?

well taken jiforce...
at least for the site that i posted...i know the individuals involved...they all attend the same church i go to. we are actually going through a non profit organization called 'envision revival'...and i can vouch for them...everyone involved, who fronted the money to get the tshirts printed was deeply affected by the tragedy and living out here in LA...this was one of the ways they could think of in helping out...

Worthwhile reminder, Jihforce. No use becoming Got|Scammed? Hope your friends' efforts go well, Thunder - thanks for the additional input.
