k first I would like to welcome myself to this board. After 3 weeks of trolling on this board I have giving in. Here is my question. I have an ATX via motherboard and I am running windows xp pro. when ever I shutdown my computer, it does not do it automatically as I hoped when I was using ME. I have to wait till that silly logo "it is now safe to turn off your computer" to appear then I have to hold the power button for 6 seconds for it to fully shutdown. Now is there a way for me to change the settings for this so that it will just shutdown all the way?

thanks in advance
