Oh man. Memories of the week I spent in France. The company I was working with had a real chef who took care of the "lunches" (I put that in quotes because calling them lunch is a serious understatement). They were 3 or 4 course meals (with wine), and a tray of a dozen cheeses (or, if you prefer, fromages) at the end. Oh, that was memorable. :thumb:

All kinds of cheese are good. Melted brie on crackers is really good. Cream cheese on a bagel...mmmmm. :drool: Tuna melts with cheddar cheese, string cheese, bagel sandwiches with american cheese, goat cheese burgers, swiss cheese, cottage cheese....I love cheese!!
