Why send bio weapons to famous people? I dont think any of them open their own mail anyway.

I don't see why they are evn sending anthrax to people? is it to just inflict terror or what?

I'm with Burzhui. There's no reason to use anthrax. It's only 25% fatal when UNTREATED and pretty much 0% fatal when treated. And besides, it's not contagious between humans so everyone has to come in contact with the spores, not just other infected people. Man, there are some stupid bioterrorists out there. If you wanna be effective, do something like Outbreak (the movie) where ebola was spreading like wildfire. And, if you've noticed, there have been two different types of Anthrax being circulated. One is cutaneous (skin) and the other is inhaled. THe inhaled one is more dangerous and the cutaneous one is more noticable b/c it causes sores. Man, this mail-a-bug crap is really lame.

i would bet that it is some whacko group other than islamic extremists, simply taking advantage of the current situation... riding the coattails of terror, so to speak...

but where do you get the Anthrax? If you really want to affect a decent amount of people, it is very very difficult to produce. Is Iraq working with Radical Republicans?

At least 20 people in Sen. Daschle's office have tested positive for anthrax. This was some potent stuff.
