USE IT I AGAIN THANK YOU (HRUDEY) FOR SCANNING THE AD INTO THE FORUM I USED IT AND GOT MANY GOOD DEALS I ALSO GOT TURNED DOWN SAYING THAT THE AD WAS FAKE WHEN I JUST USED IT IN THE STORE THAT DAY THEY SAID BECAUSE THE AD WAS A XEROX COPY THEY COULD NOT HONOR IT I WENT TO THE ADVERTISEMENT RACK AND PICKED UP XEROX COPY OF THERE AD ON A TABLE
IN THERE STORE I HAVE CONSULTED MY ATTORNEY
AND WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL([email protected])HRUDEY IF YOU STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL AD YOU COULD GET A VERY NICE DEAL
TO ANYBODY ELSE THAT GOT REFUSED EMAIL ME
WITH YOUR DETAILS THIS COULD BE A MULTI LEVEL LAWSUIT

OK kids, let's play nice.

We know the ad was real, but it could have been faked. Who knows what's real and not, especially on thr Web.

It was OD that insisted the ad was a fake.

If you take a chance on trying to get a OD 155% price match on an item 3000 miles from the OD, with a PARTIAL ad from the grand opening of a store across the country, you are pushing it. It takes real "brass" to be serious about it. If you get it, you have done well and deserve a pat on the back.

The retailers are big boys. If they don't want to pay, they shouldn't play!

But we all should know that we, and that includes me as well, enjoy taking advantage of these "deals".

We are walking the edge of terms of most of these offers. There is a "spirit" of the offer, as it's often intended for a specific target. We find out about them and share in this and other "forums" and take advantage of the offer.

I know I am taking advantage, and sometimes abusing the vendor. That's his/her fault for not making safeguards against us bargain shoppers.

I don't think I am doing anything illegal. I'm only taking advantage of the offer under the terms of the presenter. What's wrong with that?

We should all try to be as accurate as possible with details on the offers.

Helping each other will be far more productive that name calling.

Remember, this is supposed to be fun!

Can we say MiniDisk Player? JRam, this is not something to cry over, and will all due respect, I like how you are standing tall, but this isn't a lawsuit at all...Just relax, maybe try again, maybe if you want call CD 18003stapel or sumpthing, but for gosh sake get off the jolt cola!!! When the nation starts a multi level lawsuit because rainchecks on orders of free stuff don't go through; tell me to move to Antartica!

In all actuality the ad is an invation and under federal law does not have to be honored except in a select location...This goes for any deal we have seen, in our cases they don't want a bad rap/loss of customers so they (they being multi million dollar shipping wharehouses like staples or od) send it to us in vain...
