HSF Recommendations?

I'm plan on getting the athlon XP 1600 for a new system I'm gonna build, does anyone know a good heatsink/fan that I can use? The thermaltake dragon orb looks real flashy but I know there are way better ones out there, I'm thinking of maybe an all copper heatsink. Anyone know of any good brands that goes between $30-40? I'm not planning to OC it by the way. Here's a random smiley:

The thermalright sk6 is a good heatsink to get. www.newegg.com has it for 33 dollars.
