Trading Advice?

First, new to this forum, so heya.

I'm looking for advice: to find out if it's worth my while to try trading for an older laptop? (just looking for a 200mhz+ thing for school). I'm short on cash and am trying to clean out what I can. What caliber stuff would people suggest I offer to find some equipment? (have mostly no pc stuff though: minidisc player, ps1, scanner, etc)

If this is an illegal/bad thread for this forum I appologize.

Nah, just list what you have & what you want to trade it for.

You'd be amazed at the stuff that's lying around in these forums...
