It's not gonna get any better i'm afraid. SBC parent comapny of cingular is getting ready to lay off about 6500 around the country.

haha, the only solution is the one i did. Cancel, you service!!! I got cingular almost 10 months ago, canceled in a month...They sad it's gonna get better...fat chance, it's only gotten worse

Complain, about this is not what you paid for, complaine more, and they waived their standard cancelation fee. I got rid of a great verizon plan to switch over, but found another almost as good.

The sad thing is that Cingulars service here in San Antonio is great but then again this is SBC Corporate headquarters
