Laptop again...
Compaq 1247. AMD K62-400mhz. 12.1" dual scan screen.
56K modem built in. 24x cdrom. Floppy. Comes with a pcmcia nic. And a nice case to go with it. Built in JBL speakers. Very nice
audio, for a laptop anyway. Touchpad.
Upgraded to 160mb of ram. Also, hard drive
has been upgraded from the original 4.3 gig drive
to a new IBM 20 gig drive about a month or two ago.
Comes with Win2K installed, but no license for Win2K.
So you'll need to provide a license, or format and add
your own OS. ;)
Everything in perfect working order. Only drawback is that
the "internet buttons" don't work under Win2K. But I never
used them under '98 either, so...
