Third interview? Pretty good sign that they are interested. Of course, there was one place I once got started with that was so particular about who they hired that you had to go through 6 or 7 interviews before you got an offer. I made it through 3, I think (which was farther than about 2/3 of the potential candidates get).

I GOT IT! I GOT IT! I GOT IT!

Great bennies, 11 (!!!) paid holidays, the pay is a little higher than I expected, good medical - even has vision coverage.

I am so damned stoked I can barely stand it!!!

It's a scientific research company in Seattle. LOTS of PhD's, grad students, and post-grads here. Some of them are cute too... :thumb:

Well, I went to an interview for a new job (Network Admin for engineering company) on Monday. Hopefully I will get it.
