I know they're out there but I can't find them. The only one I found is the ugly one at Computer Heaven @ store.yahoo.com. So if any of you know where I can get a "good" one - do tell ...

I don't know about a case, but I do know they have drive bay covers that have USB ports in them...
Can't remember if they were 5 1/4 or 3.5 though....

i saw a computer manufacturer (compaq i think) that has a front panel that slides upward to reveal usb ports. i thought it was a really dumb idea for the door to be there. personally, i wouldn't want my mouse or keyboard plugged into the front of my case. aesthetics are important to me!! hehe http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif

Ick, I hate that look aswell, but I do remember seeing them at COMP-USA. Went there for the cd deal 100 for 20 bux one time. Might want to try there. Altho they might have been clearish like the I-mac (god help us) case. So my first instinct was to smash it. Good luck.

I think those covered ports in the front of compaq cases are firewire ports. My roomie has a compaq and he has the same setup. There are usb ports are in the back.
You're best bet is to look for cases with usb ports in front at computer shows, they always have funky stuff there. If you can't find one, go with the faceplates.

When will manufacturers learn that we all need USB ports in the front, along with a serial port or two. There are break-out-boxes available and that is what I use for my digital camera link and usb.
