So it just started 4 days ago. Everytime I play a CD the CD volume on the volume control panel goes to 0. I raise it up to max so I can hear the music and it lasts until the next song on the CD, then goes back to 0. So if I wanna listen to a CD, I have to re-raise the volume after every song. It's not Windows Media player nor the seakers, just on the volume control panel and only for CD audio. DVDs work fine. Just that blasted CD audio control. I did a virus scan but nothing found. Help me!!

I had something similar happening to me, and I found that Winamp would keep setting the Windows volume to whatever Winamp's volume setting is at.

Here's your potato peeler Brewmaster.
*hands peeler to Brewmaster*
That will be 1000 potatoes and 3 carrots. The carrots are for DF's dinner, to go with the mashed potatoes.

thanks Markel for a real response. Its not the winamp thing. I tried to set the winamp vol to max but it still resets every song.
The reason I posted here is because more people see this forum.
