My dad is a mailman... I don't think anyone ever thanked him except around the holidays.

my mailcarrier has been wearing a mask and gloves the past two weeks and even had his picture in the local newspaper because of him "taking precautions" evidently they are allowing all mail carriers to wear them if they like...I give him credit for even showing up to work..I can't imagine wearing that stuff all day can be comfortable.

I actually did that during class, and it's quite fun and exciting to see people stare at you everytime you give out a big exhale every 1 or 2 minutes.

okay, here's some real glorification... four weeks later, i can finally pull off my fiddle solo to "roll in my sweet baby's arms" ... and i can play "bear creek hop," "boil them cabbages down," and "banjo in the holler" at 200 beats per minute without screwing them up, on both the fiddle and mandolin.
i rock! *throws the horns*

I sat down and finally pieced together my coupon binder WOOT!
And made cupcakes for Audie's class tomorrow
And Jello Jigglers for the kids
And wrapped a b-day present for the little girl across the street
And did 7 loads of laundry and folded them and put them away (I hate laundry)
And sorted Audrey's school fundraiser products to deliver tomorrow
And found a few deals for Jenny
And helped Audrey finish her treasure chest for her "character project" which envolved decopauge (sp) :P
And cooked steak, rice and corn on the cob for supper
And made my grocery list
Did my lack o' budget for the next two months
And helped Mikey clean his room
And danced to Mikey's scooby doo tape in his bedroom with him
And I think that is about it...

My roommate told me I'm one of the smartest person she knows. But then again, she never leaves the house and doesn't know too many people. But actually 3 people have said that to me, and I think they were being serious. yay me!

Today I learned even more how difficult it is to deal with prescription drug withdrawls...I had been taking a prescription for about 3 mths now and decided it was time to stop taking it. It has completely screwed my body and mind up. My mind can't comprehend simple things, cant follow and interpret what my eyes are seeing and all my body can do is sleep. Couldnt even get outta bed to go to class today... 4 days and counting...  :dead:

I haven't slept in 3 days, and all in the name of what? My damn Calc125 and Writing140 classes. In total I think I have spent more time on those two classes in the past 68 hours than I have spent fixing Got|Apex server problems in the last 2 years. And believe me people, thats a lot of time =)
On a lighter note, I got a B+ on my writ140 paper, which was quite interesting because my last essay got this exact comment by our oh_so_witty professor, "Jason, I suggest you rewrite this paper in English so that I can understand it." Then again, she was being a bitch to everyone, and the highest grade was a D+ =)
Woo, go college. Hah.

Ha ha. I recently saw an article about VMS/OpenVMS (and yes, it still might make a comeback). They mentioned a VAX/VMS system that ran for 18 years without ever being rebooted!
