laaaaazy... imma go buy my kid some $10 batman pajamas and call it a costume, since it's supposed to be like 70 degrees here today anyway. then i can trot him around our little complex for an hour, put him straight to bed, and eat all his snickers. :hihi:

hmmm... last year i had two trick or treaters
so far tonight, i've had none. seeing how last year they came around 6 and its all ready 6:30, i'm thinking i may have a whole bag of candy to myself.

Happy Halloween all!
No trick or treaters at my place. They never come here. I live in a condo and everyone here is OLD! Like retired OLD... I think I am the only one here under 90! Anyway, they have a big sign on the entrance saying NO SOLICITORS. I think the trick or treaters stay away too. Oh well, just as well, I'm not fond of many kids (i'm sure everyone here who has kids owns nothing but angels but...) and its FREEZING outside and I'd rather not open and close the doors all damn night!
I wish trick or treaty wasn't looked as a kids event as a I miss the good ole days of going door to door. Ah the memories of switching masks and going back for seconds. :D

oh i miss trick or treating so much, i loved the moment where u come home and dump the whole bag of candy on the bed and then pick out which ones are the best and which ones have razor blades in them :P

What's the big deal about halloween anyway, get dressed up any day, buy candy have halloween any freakin day... to many people are just ugly as is, sometimes i think it's halloween in the middle of JUly, have to take double takes sometimes

We had bought 2 bags of candy over the weekend and today decided it wasn't enough. So I went to KMart armed with a GC that I had earned to buy more. So $15 dollars later, we had 5 bags of candy.
We went through the original two.
Anyone want/need chocolate, or Wonka candy? We have it... *sigh*

LOL she thinks because I have a sedan it is a grandma car, BUT it isn't I have a '96 Checy Lumina... It is a fake cop car, and they make a "sport" version and it is the car that NASCAR uses.. so it is not a grandma car :P

well my mom took my son out and when they got back we went through his bag and well he got a good load but didn't wanna share any with me... it was funny, he said I could have this and gave me a peice of Super Bubble Bubble gum, you know that pink one with the one minute flavor :heh: he gave me like 5 things I could take home... so when I left I raided my parents bowl for the trick or treaters :P

Mom and dad wouldn't let us have any until they went through it. So, my dad would pick out what he wanted then...
I learned well :)
My kids got a haul! We filled up a plastic ice cream bucket, plus I have 3 big Sams club sized bags left that didn't get handed out. The church down the street has all the members decorate the inside of their car trunks and pass out candy in the parking lot. Woohoo...free donuts and candy and we didn't even have to walk all over town!
