I have registered few websites to get mypoints but didn't get any points at all.
Is there certain way to get those point?

Wein go to mypoints.com and get an account then make sure you are signed in or have the cookie so it will add them automatically

They might have to do more than just respond to the email like sign on and use some things.....

i did. Half of 'em dont work anymore, and some of them tell you after signing up for whatever it is, that they cant process because you came from the wrong link.
