Why do you insist on creating a new thread for every little tidbit of each game?

what game what news whats going on here
After looking at other threads I figured out its the yankess (patting myself on the back)
Im upset cause I have $10 on the series, and the DBacks should be sipping champagne now if it werent for soon to be fast-foot worker Kim

game 5 was a nailbiter. went through so many highs and lows. funny you should mention kim working in fast food, you notice his initials are the same as burger king's..its destined man.

damn...Kim's performance was such a pity...If you watched his games in the playoffs, you'll know he has the skills. The 22 year old kid is just not mature enough to be under the spotlight of the world series. Definitely a player to look out for in the future though. good luck Kim.

That's a good observation - I agree 100%. He has absolutely NASTY stuff, but doesn't have the control nor the experience to know how to pitch to individual batters. I was so ticked when Brenly put him in in the 8th on Wed cuz he is NOT a six-out pitcher. And when he put him in on Thur, I had a feeling we were gonna lose...

i agree, his pitches are nasty but you have to consider now his confidence is way down. Would hard for anyone to pitch under those circumstances. in terms of experience though, i understand he is young, but wasnt he a starting pitcher in Korea ?

Yes he was, and he still wants to be a starting pitcher over here. Man, I would love it if the D-backs got a big lead into the 9th tonight, and they brought in Kim to close it out. That's the problem - Brenly should have brought him in only if there was a comfortable lead to rebuild his confidence - not throw him into the fire after blowing a lead in game 4.
He's young and has a lot to learn, but I hope the D-Backs keep him.
He throws hard, but cannot control his location. He doesnt know how to hit the corners, and once hitters get a sense of his delivery motion and ball placement, its over. he has no future as a starter unless he can learn that location is more important that power as a pitcher
