Yep RDRAM is on the way out. Even Intel recognizes that.

The longer Intel waited to release its P4 DDR chipset the more time Via and SiS would have to gain a foothold with their DDR P4 chipsets.

yep, the thing that sucks the most is how you gotta use pairs of rdram

But gives the highest BandWidth of any memory solutions available.
1.5 GB/s!! And yes I know about the higher latency... :)
