Its been a year, 3 months and 5 days since my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer.

5 months ago she finished all her treatments- the two cycles of chemo and one cycle of radiation.

Yesterday, she had a check up with her oncologist and had a mammogram and all that stuff.

And shes clean! Everything looks great, and the cancer is gone! She is officially in remission! Take that breast cancer!

Congrats! My grandfather just got done beating Colon Cancer recently... :cheers:

Congrats! :D My mother-in-law had breast cancer, and had one breast removed about a year and a half before my hubby & I got married. She's been in remission for over 6 years, thank goodness and never had to go through chemo or radiation.
