Me and my friends were coming home from a club in Laguna Beach tonight. Driving to the club, we saw at least 20 cars pulled over by some osrt of law enforcement. Anyhoo, my girl friend was driving and we were pulled over by CHP. Supposedly, she was going 75 in a 45 zone. I was sitting shotgun and could've sworn we weren't doing anything over 50. At any rate, the cop takes her license and registration and runs it through his computer. He asks when was the last time she got a ticket. She replied, "Gosh officer, I don't know." Then he said that speeding tickets are pretty expensive and that she shouldn't speed anymore. He said goodbye and waved us off. If I were in the driver's seat, I think I would've been totally assed out. I've NEVER been able to get out of a ticket. This is the same for most of my guy friends. All of my girl friends have gotten out of at least 1 ticket. One of my friends has gotten out of 14 so far. Lucky girl...

I admit that I have gotten out of tickets just because I am a girl. :winkie:

I remember one of my friends was an expert at using her pouty face to get out of tickets. I saw her put on her face just as we had gotten pulled over. Then she realized we were pulled over by a female officer. THat pouty face didn't get very far w/ her. :P

ROFL :heh:
Yeah, i've never been pulled over either. I think the cops should at least note down that they pulled over someone, no one should get off with 14 warnings.

It's not just the girls that get off. I've got a friend that has gotten out of more tickets than you can imagine. And with the stupidest stories too. Funniest thing is that the one ticket that he did get was for running a red light that was still yellow. Oh well, some people are just lucky I guess. Me, I've got two tickets and two warnings.

That's an understatement.
I always speed, I've only been pulled over three times. That girl must either not know how to drive inconspicuously or she must drive through a lot of speed traps.

I think her problem is that she weaves A LOT.

That would do it.
Nothing more visible than a person who weaves in and out of lanes excessively.
Nothing wrong with being sly when chaging lanes. It tends to be easier on the arms too.

anyway. I got out of a ticket for an illegal left turn b/c I had my arm in a sling. I was going to the doctor to get my staples out after shoulder surgery and i knew I made an illegal turn. The cop said, "I'm gonna let you go cuz you look like you're hurting." SWEET! I was outta the sling the next day.
