One part of me agrees with you. On the other hand, the potential scenarios from his surviving followers if we take him alive and try to "bring him to justice" are somewhat frightening.

I hope we catch him alive then have him as the first televised execution. And with all of the other people, capture them, imprison them in the US. Then every night they should be punched in the face by one person and forced to watch videos of every single person that died on that day, be it family gatherings, birthday parties, etc. And the people to punch them can be anybody that wants to volunteer. . . any takers? :D.

I think he needs to stay alive long enough for all the lawyers that are gearing up lawsuits in the WTC bombing to sue HIM for damages instead of their fellow Americans...
Then once he's tapped financially, and all the Taliban/Al Qaeda/whoever resources are in the hands of the families who suffered, send him to a group of pms'ing women who have finally been able to take off their robes. He won't stand a chance.
