I always knew there was something different about you left handed people :shifty:

You really are "Different" (http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20011116/hl/lefthanders.html)

Wait wait...is this person saying trans-sexuals are more likely to be left-handed, or left-handed people are more likely to be trans-sexuals?

I'm left-handed

It's just saying that left handedness is more common amongs these transexual freaks. I'm left handed, **** that ****, this has got to be one of the most unscientific studies every done. Stupid brits.

wow, so many southpaw's around here.

heres my favorite line: ``Both male and female transsexuals were more often non-right-handed''

non-right-handed? So that pretty much leaves two feet an arm and a mouth. :hmm:

My husband is left-handed. Hmmm...this explains why I came home the other night to find him in my bra and nightie, huh? It all makes sense now. :D

i was born lefty (writing, catching, throwing, etc) .... then my parents decided that that was bad, and made me practice writing righty...

so now, i write righty (and lefty), but i throw, catch, everything else lefty..

kinda cool, cuz if i have to write a lot of stuff, i can just switch hands when one gets tired.....
:naughty:imagine the possibilities :smash:

I like to call them south paws "gimpy" rather than odd. . . but my preference I guess, hehe.

i'm a lefty, and i'm not feeling particularly transsexual today. i don't feel particuarly threatened by the study (i would interpret the discussion of prenatal exposure to hormones to indicated that us left-handed men understand women better and therefore make better lovers :D). however, it from my education in stats and research methodology (limited as it may be) the study seemed to be structured fairly poorly. for example, they had a control group of 250 "volunteers"?!? how about a random, stratified, representative sample? also, what's the deal with asking people what hand they prefer? why didn't they test to see which hand was actually naturally used? overall, i think the study may contain some facts but the facts are obscured by the poor research design

I believe they are refering to ambidexterous people (or ambisinister if you prefer).

Studies show that left handed (and ambidexterous/sinister) people are more creative than exclusively right handed persons. It would follow a reasonalble line of logic that a more creative person would find non-standard ways to experss thier sexuality. Where a right handed person would follow in the tried and true footsteps of the people before him, a leftie would seek a new path. That's what being creative is all about. Of course, just because someone is creative, it doesn't mean they have to express it sexualy.
I think that explains the studies results and I could have told them that before they spent a whole bunch of money on it.
