I'm not a law student, but I am taking a civil law class. Can anyone direct me to a site where they would have good law briefs? To be more specific, Supreme Court briefs.

Just to keep you on the edge of your seat for now. My sister is finishing up her last semester of law school but isn't here right now. I'll get the downlow from her tonight. If you want you can e-mail me just to make sure I don't forget to ask her.

Oh yeah, this (http://www.supremecourtus.gov/oral_arguments/briefsource.pdf) might be what you are looking for.

If you have access to a college library. Go to their computer lab and access lexis-nexis. They have a lot of legal news. Also some schools have access to the online version of WestLaw. They are a company devoted to everything concerning the legal system.

I'm probably less helpful, but I suggest go robbing a liquor store and then you'll learn a lot about the law. you'll get to talk to a real lawyer and everything! :D :bandit:

I'm friends with a very good criminal attorney. I have her phone number programmed in my speed dial of my cell phone. Hopefully, I'll never have to use it.

Okie, here are a couple sites my sister recommends that are free. http://supct.law.cornell.edu/supct/
http://www.supremecourtus.gov/
The good stuff you have to pay for like lexis-nexis network and such. Anyhoo, hope those will do.
