What's wrong with my I.E. ?

Okay, any link I try to click on that will open in a new window stays blank with no URL in the address bar. Also, my Outlook links won't even display a pop-up I.E. window when I click it.

I've tried uninstalling Internet Explorer and reinstalling and that didn't work. I'm running XP Professional, and it just started doing this recently, was working fine before.

Any ideas of what could be wrong? my security settings are on medium-low. Thanks!

do you have any anti popup software running? TweakXP? ad blocker stuff?

Well.. figured out what the problem was. I had disabled script debugging in the security options. Wierd how that would make everything stop working. <shrug>
