So, my lunch, as I've already told many of u, is a soup in a bread bowl at fudruckers. 2.50 - good deal.

but... :(
today, I stood waiting for 30 minutes for my soup in a breadbowl :(

freakin 30 minutes..
the guy doin the name callin, sayin who's food is ready usually takes care of it in less than 5 minutes...only one other time, did i wait longer, and it was for about 10 min.

anyways, this guy...man....
dunno what his problem was or what the hell happened 2 my order, but finally after about 20 minutes, and having my inquiries ignored, i just went up to the counter where the food is laid out, and just stood in front of them. The guy totally ignored me..
finally, after a while, the woman helping the dude, finally was like, what did u have...and I told her..
in 3 minutes, I was outta there with my soup in a breadbowl....

I'm full now, but that really sucked...

Did you not demand a refund? A word or two to the manager maybe?

The Fuddruckers around here only lasted a couple of years. I was never too impressed with them.

we used to go to fuddruckers and all have themed names- one night we'd all be from the dukes of hazzard, one night we were all from friends. it was kinda humorous to see the looks on the people in the restaurant when cletus would get called up.

I seriously doubt that one of the guys serving food behind the counter is "The" manager. Ask to talk to the general manager.
You are a regular customer and deserve better treatment.
If you do not get satisfaction, write a letter to their corperate HQ.

OH sure..when I said I wanted to speak to the manager at Cracker barrel- I got flamed. Imagine that..anyway..YEH, ask to speak to "THE MANAGER" if you get the same putz who didnt' serve you the soup tell him you want THE BIG GENERAL HI-FALOOTIN-PAY YOUR SALARY MANAGER-AKA BRANCH OWNERS NAME/NUMBER..that usually scares the **** out of those kids..fudruckers before it went out of business here always had a big slab of green meat hanging, so you could see them wacking chunks off of it to put in their grinders..it was nasty..(oh yes, and I do know that in some countries -green or "aged" meat is considered high quality-but I'd rather stick to blood red, oozing, slabs of flesh please)

they make some pretty big claims as to having "the world's greatest burgers." I'll have to try this place and decide for myself.
