superb turkey cooking tip No.1...
Salt and pepper inside of turkey, melt one to one half pound of real butter, add salt and pepper to melted butter-put turkey in roasting pan,PAT IT DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS..then cover the turkey with a cheesecloth and tuck ends under turkey..then brush the cheesecloth with the melted butter ..add one half cup of water into bottom of pan..no need to cover bird with tinfoil..bake at 300 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes per pound...the juices from the bird wick up into the cheesecloth and keep the bird nice and moist during the cooking..the cheesecloth wont stick because of the butter-and when you want to brown the bird-take the cheesecloth off for the last hour of roasting. YUM.

Or-like the bird above..take one raw bird and paint it with gravy master so it will look good in the picture..add rubber grapes and and plastic greenery :)

yeh yeh..you seem to forget I'm not a teenager..I've been cooking and baking for my family for YEARS..PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT babykins :)..someday you'll understand alllll the little secrets. FYI baking in the mornings before everyone gets up is alot easier than having people in my kitchen when I'm trying to get things done..call it my heritage,my grandmother used to be up at 4am to bake bread and goodies for her family of 12 children, so my mother got used to baking early, and she passed it on to her children. Fair enough? Now stop being silly and get over here to eat.

hehe

i know how to cook. my dad's a cook/chef, and i don't think my grand parents do anything else but cook. i swear whenever i swing by, something is on the stove goin off. i love grand parents they're cool! and practice does make perfect, i'd love to go to culinary (sp?) school just for the heck of it.
