A volume label is basically a name that you assign to the drive. My C: drive, for example, has a volume label of Cicero, and my D: drive has a volume label of Darwin, E: drive Emmannuelle, and so on and so forth. I do this so that the names are a reminder of the drive I am accessing.

Did I tell you guys I was in line for that mess... Was about 30th in line for a geforce 3 ti 200 and 60 gb hd....
Didn't get the video card... (still think they lied about the 15 minimum per store) Now they ran out of the 2 hd's the put on the shelf so I was bummed. Then they said they had more in the back so they said make a line.. Guess what? I was too far to get to that line in time. So being bitter.. yes.. I know it.
