VisionTek GeForce3 Ti200 or Hercules Prophet II GTS Pro

I was offered a deal from a friend since he went to BB to get that special deal on the VisionTek. He is going to sell one to me since he has two for $125. I have currently the Hercules Prophet Pro and was wondering if i should consider upgrading to the VisionTek. I do not do any overclocking so i was just curious what you all might think.

My current rig is a AMD 1.4 T-bird, 512MB ram, Hercules Prophet II Pro, 330W PS.

All opinions would be helpful.

It will be an upgrade but not a massive one.

It is a good upgrade. The card is faster and has directX 8 support.

The Ti200 will be faster overall, and have some bells the Pro doesn't. But keeping the pro wouldnt' kill ya either.
