Problems with outlook XP

Sometimes when I try to send an email outlook puts a message in my inbox telling me the following:


Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: Package Sent
Sent: 11/24/2001 12:42 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'Sarbjit Singh' on 11/24/2001 12:42 AM
550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>... Relaying denied


What is relaying denied supposed to mean?

well it could mean that their e-mail box on their server is full, so it denied your message

well this happens all the time, I even emailed myself a message to my hotmail account which is nearly empty and it gave me that message.
