boot disk?

Hey all, I am about to install XP and just can't seem to find my win98 boot disk anywhere. And I have searched win2k for a while now and can't seem to find where to make a boot disk.

I want to reformat some of my drives and things like that so I need to get back into dos before hand. If anyone could help it would be appreciated. Thanks.
