Okay title says it all. I need a CF type I & II, MultiMedia and SD memory card reader. I don't know much about these but I was hoping there is one that will support all in one and connect via usb. Also do brand names matter on reliability?

Finding one memory card reader that handles all those formats is a major stretch, as most only offer one or (at most) two formats (ie, Compactflash and Smartmedia).
One company apparently is coming out with a device that can support them all, but good luck finding it. More info can be found on Tom's Hardware Guide's News Page (http://www.tomshardware.com/technews/technews-20011130.html#0133)

This website should meet your need: www.newegg.com. On the left side of the page under Browse and Shopping Center, click on Product Catalog. On the next page click on Memory Flash Reader on the bottom left of the page. Then click on Mr. Flash USA on the left of the page.
Here's where you will end up: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=69&manufactory=1378&DEPA=1.
The fourth item down is what you're looking for, and here's the specs: Mr. Flash 5 in 1 USB Reader - Travel Flash Features: 5 Types of Flash Cards Supported: Compact Flash Card (Type I & II), Smart Media, MMC, Secure Digital Card and Microdrive-Hot-Swapped, Compliant with USB1.1version Small enough to fit in your pocket! Works with PC/MAC.
Here's a picture:

It's $40 Total ($35 + $5 Shipping).
I've bought some 64MB SmartMedia from them for my MP3 Players. I'll be buying 128MB Smartmedia from them when my Rio 500 supports it.

I have one of these. Great little gadget! Literally, small enough to fit in your pocket. Provides good instructions for installation of driver update for Windows 2000. Apparently, you don't even need to install a driver for Windows ME or Windows XP.
I've already tested it using CF Type 1 and SmartMedia cards already. Keep in mind that you won't be able to use the built-in flash memory at the same time you insert a SmartMedia card. Otherwise, a great buy.

I noticed the page at newegg only shows three items instead of the four from the other day. The second one is the same as the fourth one from the other day with 16mb Flash Media Installed.

Well, looks like I might retire my Photosmart printer's memory card slots for one of these.
(My printer only has Compactflash Type I and Smartmedia slots.
