Has anyone installed this yet? I get this message when i install the program

anyone know how to bypass this so i can use these features?

EDIT: i cant get the pic work with geocities. it needs to be manually entered

yeah, i cant get it to work with geocities. it says some features are diabled due to US and british regulations. i figured out how to bypass though, just change the region settings of the computer
