I know a ton of people here use netflix and love it but I want to let everyone know that they screwed me. I signed up for the free trial and did not receive my movies for 13 days. Well that gave me one day to watch them and then I canceled my account. (Because it took so long) The day I canceled I sent them back in the mail and then they said they never got em back and charged me 30 a piece. So I got slapped with 90$ charge because some dude in the receiving was using them as a coaster for his beer. My credit card company is investigating.

Ouch. I'm glad I had a good experience with them though. :)
I signed up with them when they had a 1 month free trial. I would order my movies and they would arrive in the mail 2 days later. I cancelled after 28 days or so though because I'm too cheap to pay $20 a month. :P

If you went through a GotApex link, please email Apex (or me, and I can get it to him) and he may be able to help. :)

i got charged for a movie that they said never got sent back, but after about 2 weeks, the movie finally showed up and the charge got removed from my credit card.

my biggest problem was the warehouses were in CA, and I'm in MA so it took too long for the movies to get to me. I like instant gratification, not having to wait a week.

It was an apex link but my cc company is already working it (hopefully) 90 bucks for 3 dvd's I dont even have is a little expensive :)

Like the orange one stated it might be a better program for west coast people.

well after netflix charging me 220$ saying I kept 3 dvds my credit card company got my money back

its a bad system since it uses u.s. mail and I have no way to prove they signed for it

but when the customer doesnt recieve it they don't recieve a credit or anything they just get stuck waiting
