Has anyone played the game Uplink (http://www.uplink.co.uk)?

I just love this game. I actually bought it, and it came from the UK in less than a week.

It's basically a Hollywood-esque hacking game. Quite interesting, although it does get boring after a few days. Maybe less, if you can hack into a bank account.

i dont get it, i cant even hack into the test server. is this an online game or something, or does it all just happen on your computer? maybe i should read the tutorial, even though that goes against all my principals

Um, yeah, the tutorial would explain a lot before you play. Otherwise you'd be completely lost.

That's a good idea. I sort of got hooked before my finals, but it's all good now. I'm freaking done with college. I'm out so I have time to kick back for a while.

I just tried it and it is pretty fun. I'm no good. I won't buy it, but it was worth the download.
