Motherboad with Tv out or Slim Case

Does anyone know of a motherboard that has onboard tv out, lan, and sound? Preferably micro-atx

Also, where can I buy those really slim micro atx computer cases??

I have a small system (SOYO LI-7000) that uses a LPX motherboard with the Inte 810 chipset. It has both composite and S-Video out. The maximum decent TV output is 640X480. I was using this system to play DVDs, and it looked as good as my DVD player.
