Well, I must say I am quite surprised at the content, I know it was rated R when I went in but ddaaaaayyyyaaaammmmmm!

It was an enjoyable movie, lots of laughs and lots of....you know.

I was really surprised to see a group of 12 year olds there with their mom. I think the trailer really did mislead a lot of the parents. It did seem harmless, but let me tell you. It was definitely NOT meant for anyone under 17.

Aside from that though, it was a really funny movie, especially if you grew up in the era of The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, etc etc. =)

Anyone else manage to catch this?

Note: My first choice to watch The Royal Tenenbaums was sold out. That looks really good too. Anyone?

Yep.. I will probably see it tomorrow. I would also like to check out The Royal Tenenbaums. It caught my interest. I liked Rushmore and this has the same writer, so I hope it will be good.

I saw this with a friend of mine. He didn't watch a lot of the 80's movies so he didn't get a lot of the jokes ( mostly towards the end )

don't go in expecting a good plot or anything (since the plot is taken for a bunch of movies) as long as your not wanting a movie, just laughs this one was a great one.. :heh: much fun

I saw this the day it came out. Personally ,I thought it was hilarious. I was surprised that it was so vulgar though, but to me that made it funnier. I went with a bunch of good little church girls, they didn't seem to enjoy it as much ;). Hilarious. I'd recommend it to people who aren't too uptight.
