ok, so i buy a laptop from dell online friday evening and get the order details e-mail and have yet to receive an order confrimation e-mail (which was supposed to come within 24 hours). still hasn't come, so i call up Dell today and it turns out that my order was never processed! what the freak? the free shipping deal is over and i specifically got 2-day shipping since i'm leaving for a trip friday. $10 over $45 is a great deal. but they freakin don't have my order. and the sales rep i talked to on the phone was giving me an attitude any everything. i've never had ANY problems ordering online until now, which was the first time i've ever bought anything from dell and frankly, i'm surprised this happened with dell. anyone else have this problem of lost/unprocessed orders from dell?

oops...i didn't notice the suckage forum. how do i move this there?

no, when i called them today, they told me i SHOULD have gotten a confirmation yesterday.

Dang... I've never heard of an online company working 7 days a week before.
