Whenever I try to sign on to Hotmail or my banking site, I get a popup about the Security Certificate is either expired or not working. I view the certificate and find it is not expired. How to I correct this? Here is a bit more information, I get this popup when I try to go to secure sites, after five or six tried, it does log on to the secure sites so I'm not prohibited from these sites, just a pain to get there. The trouble began when I was forced to format my harddrive and to a disaster recovery of the system, I then upgraded the preload of Internet Explorer 4.0 to 6.0.

I think once you upgrade IE and get the security patches from MS it should be fine, but hey im not too sure what I did last time.

I figured out the problem, my clock was changed for 100 years in the future and that caused all the certificate problems.
