View Full Version : Musicmatch Jukebox Problem

ok so i installed Win XP

and now musicmatch jukebox doesnt work....has anyone else encountered a problem with this? it was working fine when i was running version 6.2.22 (i think that was the ver) on Win 2K, but since I installed xp and ver 7.0 it wont run..

help!

all other mp3 ripping utilz suck my ass

Maybe try installing the earlier version? Was it working under XP, or did you never try it?

Also, if there is a problem, MusicMatch might have made a patch for XP.

the earlier version is no longer available and there is no XP patch..

some software you have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work under XP, because XP screws up something. I use MM under XP with no problems, but can't get it to work right under 2000 for some reason.

If I remember correctly, the MM installer only works if it is in the same root directory as the place it was downloaded to. I tried to install it after moving it to another folder, and for some reason it wouldn't install. After I moved it back to the desktop, it worked. :shrug: Maybe that is the reason too?
