What are some of the other places like PayPal that give you bonuses for signing up?

http://www.payplace.com gives you $5 for signing up, and $5 for referrals. I rather prefer them to Paypal as I can transfer funds directly to my webcertificate, which now that I think about it gives you $5 for signing up, too. http://www.webcertificate.com

There is also payme.com, but to get free money I think you have to be referred by a member (Theres a section of my account for gift $ that I can send to other ppl to get them to sign up)
